⋆♱ characters ♱⋆

You may trade, resell or gift any designs purchased from me.
Characters cannot be resold for their original price once traded. You may trade them for art, characters, vouchers or anything else of approximate or equal value. Only exception to this rule is if you're the original buyer of the character.
Bartered or traded characters directly from me cannot be resold, only traded or bartered. No exceptions.
You may resell at a higher price only if more art has been added to the character's profile.
Do not copy or trace any of my designs or the art done for them.
Do not delete character profiles.
If co-owning, please include both person's names in the character description.

⋆♱ comms/art ♱⋆

Do not copy, trace or heavily reference my art.
Do not put any of the art done by me through AI.
Do not edit or alter art done by me. Cropping and resizing are fine as long as my signature is not erased (if there is one).
Do not claim my art as yours.
Always give credit if using my art as a profile picture, profile background or if posting it anywhere else.

⋆♱ payment ♱⋆

Payment is sent through VGen or PayPal.
Payment for commissions and customs are done upfront.
Payment for characters can be done in holds or payment plans. You must ask first before requesting either.
Deposits for payment plans are non-refundable.
Refunds can only be requested before the first sketch is sent, if I can no longer work on your piece or if I have to push the agreed delivery date for a later one.
Orders are cancelled immediately if refunding. No work is sent even if almost/already finished.
If refunding a custom character, the design remains in my possession and ownership, and may be sold or traded once finished.

Also, this serves as a cheaper (sometimes by a little, others by a lot) and faster way to obtain my services in exchange for physical items.

All vouchers are rush commission ones, as I won't be covering delivery around the US and the item won't take more than 14 days to be delivered to my country, work will be completed much faster and sooner.Linked items are just examples, if you can find them for cheaper elsewhere and from a trusted source, be my guest!These vouchers are tradeable but cannot be sold.

⋆♱ step-by-step guide ♱⋆

Request voucher through DMs.
A P.O. Box address will be provided to send the item to.
Please provide Proof of Purchase and Tracking Code if buying the item.
Alternatively, if you already own the item, please provide Proof of Ownership (your name and current date in a little piece of paper beside it) and the Tracking Code.
You can request for me to start working on the piece as soon as the item is shipped or save your voucher for a later date.
Once the item arrives to my country and is in my claws I'll send a confirmation photo of it.
Work will be finished and delivered soon after. If the voucher was saved for a later date, work will be completed in a maximum of 14 work days starting from the day it was redeeemed.
