1 • PAYMENT PLANS and HOLDS are negotiable only when paying through VGen and somewhat if paying through PayPal, no extended deadlines are available if paying through other methods.2 • You may request a HOLD or PAYMENT PLAN if you already have an ongoing one for a different design, but only if at least 50% of the payment has been sent for the previous one, including the deposit.3 • Extended deadlines are not available if you already have more than one design pending.4 • I may make an exception on deposits if and only if the hold is not more than a week and the full amount will be paid at the agreed time.

you may cancel a purchase at any stage (hold, after deposit, middle of payment plan, etc.) but you may request a refund only if you meet ALL of these conditions:₊˚ ✧ ━━━━⊱⋆⊰━━━━ ✧ ₊˚

1 • The payment is not for a deposit.2 • The payment is not the final payment on a payment plan.3 • 24hrs have not passed since sending the payment.4 • The character has not been transferred or is not pending for transfer.5 • The payment was sent through VGen.


˗ˏˋ ★ further notes:• requesting a refund = immediate cancellation of purchase.• deposits for holds and payment plans are non-refundable.• a full-payment upfront for a design (no hold, no payment plan) is non-refundable if the character is already transferred or pending for transfer.• in the event of a cancellation, the character will be put back up for sale, but you're not allowed to bid or offer on them again.• i will not refund people that do not message me requesting one.• i do not consider a cancellation as such unless you message me about it.• cancellation does not grant you the Graylisted status unless done frequently.

in the event of a missing payment, missed deadline or complete ghosting on payment day, the following steps will be taken:₊˚ ✧ ━━━━⊱⋆⊰━━━━ ✧ ₊˚

1 • I will send a confirmation message 24hrs after the missed deadline, and give an additional 24hr period of grace when you may reply and send the agreed amount.2 • If the additional 24hrs have passed and I receive no reply or payment, you will be Graylisted if this is the first time it has happened, or Blacklisted if it's the second.3 • The character will be put back up for sale soon after the additional 24hrs have passed.

˗ˏˋ ★ further notes:• the character will be unavailable to be acquired by the offending party after being put back on sale.

• ghosting will get you graylisted, and consequently blacklisted if done a second time.• failing to meet payment deadlines will get you graylisted at first, but blacklisted the second time.• PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EDIT MY ART, please commission another artist if you're not satisfied with the design, or if the changes are small i am 100% willing to do them for free :( (this only applies to the original buyer and the request was done while in the buying process, i will not do any changes after a certain period of time)• in the worst possible scenario, editing my art and also ignoring my concerns will get you blocked and blacklisted.• putting my art through ai will get you blacklisted.• getting ai images as a form of "art" for my designs will get you blacklisted.• deleting the access key clearly labeled as DO NOT DELETE will get you blacklisted.• trying to get a refund when the character is already in your possession will get you blacklisted, and the character will be reported as stolen and to be taken down on toyhouse.
